The right of cancellation is excluded for the purchase of goods made to customer specifications or clearly tailored to the customer's personal needs. This applies in particular to orders for goods that are not prefabricated and whose manufacture is determined by an individual choice or decision by the consumer, or that are clearly tailored to the consumer's needs. Our products are made to customer requirements and adapted to their needs. This applies in particular to the choice of different locking mechanisms, opening mechanisms, lengths, individually painted surfaces, individual surfaces, special sizes and all additional custom-made items.
You have the right to cancel this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The cancellation period is 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party nominated by you who is not the carrier, take possession of the goods. In the case of a contract for several goods ordered as part of a single order and delivered separately, the cancellation period is 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party nominated by you who is not the carrier, take possession of the last item. To exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform us of your decision to cancel this contract by an unambiguous statement (e.g. a letter sent by post, fax or email). You may use the cancellation form provided below, but this is not mandatory. To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient to send your notification concerning the exercise of the right of cancellation before the cancellation period expires. If you cancel this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we receive notification of your cancellation of this contract. We will use the same payment method that you used for the original transaction unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no event will you incur any fees as a result of this reimbursement. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the undamaged goods back or until you have supplied evidence that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier. You must send back or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which you inform us of your cancellation of this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the fourteen-day period expires. You bear the direct cost of returning the goods. You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.

The delivered items remain the property of Balzwerk GmbH until payment has been made in full.
Please note that BALZWERK will store the customer's name, address and all other order-related data to process the order. We will handle the customer's personal data in accordance with the applicable provisions of data protection law.
1. The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods.
2. All agreements made between the seller and the buyer in connection with this purchase contract are set out in writing in the purchase contract and the seller's general terms and conditions.
3. If any provision of these general terms and conditions is or becomes invalid, the remaining provisions remain unaffected.
